This is the unique original Gouache painting by Ron Embleton.

All three panels from page two of an episode of Ron Embleton's gorgeous adaptation of Beauty and the Beast that was published in the children's pre-school magazine Once Upon A Time. Each of the main panels is a story in itself.

The Old Merchant leaves home believing that his fortunes have been restored.

The main panel is a particularly fine example of Ron Embleton's fairy tale artwork.
